To view the maximum amount of properties that fit your general criteria, I suggest just filling in the property type which would be Residential, your price range, MLS areas (24-80 thru 24-84 for OC properties), the amount of beds and baths and submit the form by clicking on the blue "Next" button on the top or bottom of the form. After clicking on the "Next" button, you will be taken to a page with the results of your property search. Please remember you can change any or all of your criteria and search for available properties as often as you like. Generally speaking the more specific your criteria is the less available properties will be found. I think you will discover that finding a property in OC is a give and take process within your criteria.
