How Buyers Find Homes – as a real estate sale professional, it’s been my experience that the majority of successful sales are negotiated through a Realtor® although information from several sources may have been used during the early stages.

Factors that Affect Pricing - together we will do an initial study of the area market to avoid an asking price that would be beyond market range – one that could actually adversely affect the successful marketing of your property.

Determining the Price of your Home - during our discussions we will explore the several ways a reasonable asking price is determined.  It is not an exact science as the real estate market is constantly fluctuating.

Preparing your Property for SALE – You’ll have just one chance to make that all-important  ‘First Impression’.  A careful inspection, along with a comparatively small investment in time, money and effort can alleviate distractions, which, in turn will lead to strong offers from buyers.  Correct staging will facilitate those opportunities – leading to your goal - a successful sale at the highest price.!

The Contract Presentation - Contract negotiation is a process that requires knowledge and skill.  As an experienced Realtor® I can effectively smooth the way.
